Compounding has been part of my work since 1997. I know the technical questions as well as the decisions around quality, investment, suppliers and organisation. That allows me to look at a topic from the material through to day-to-day operations.

- Design and configuration of screws
- Optimisation of processes, throughput and quality
- Commissioning of new plants and training of the team
- Assessment of efficiency measures and investments
- Building or developing a tech centre
Materials and products
With materials it is rarely only about a formulation. Specification, processing, availability and cost must fit together. I support material selection, additives, masterbatch, supplier structures and technical discussions with customers.
Projects and responsibility
Depending on the task I work as a technical consultant or take project responsibility. That also includes toll compounding, supplier qualification, relocations and the reorganisation of production areas.
