When a key position becomes vacant at short notice, a production is under pressure or a reorganisation must be led, clarity is needed quickly. For an agreed period I take operational responsibility and work with your team in day-to-day business.

A clear mandate
At the start we clarify the goal, authority and timeframe. In the plant I form my own picture, speak with those responsible and set priorities. Decisions are taken transparently and progress is discussed regularly.
Handover is part of it
An interim mandate has an end. That is why I prepare the handover from the beginning, document important decisions and strengthen the people who will take responsibility afterwards.
